Here we grow again! A new home on lot 13 has started this week. It is a very well designed 1 1/2 story home with the living area looking out to the waters of Green Bay.
The landscaping on lots 51 and 61 have been completed. Both nicely frame the homes in back of them.
New plant and animal identification markers have been installed around the 1.3 mile Apple Ridge walking trail. These professionally designed plaques identify 12 species of trees and shrubs. There are also a dozen plaques that highlight some of our animals and birds that call Eames Farm home.
This will be a record year of bluebird fledglings. More than 200 bluebirds have been reared at Eames Farm since the installation of nesting boxes.

The Door County Homebuilders annual show of homes is about to start, with one of the new homes in Apple Ridge a featured location. This beautiful home has been built by Van's Construction and landscaped by Baylake Landscape.
The Trillium have just come into bloom in the woods along the walking trails. They are a sight to behold. The cherry orchards at Harbor Vista, Hill at Eames Farm and adjacent to Apple Ridge are expected to be in full bloom by the 18th of May. There is no more beautiful place in the Spring than Eames Farm in Door County. |

High Speed Internet Service has come to Apple Ridge-Phase I!!!!! There are currently two lots for sale in Phase I with this additional benefit, Lots 16 and 29. Lot 16 is a waterview lot (priced at $95,900); Lot 29 is a bluff lot overlooking the walking trail and woods (priced at $99,000).
The house of Lot 51 is nearing completion and the house on Lot 61 is progressing well, scheduled to be finished in time for the Door County Parade of Homes this spring. |

Lot 57 sold with new owners planning 2009 construction. At present, there are two resale lots on the market, lots 16 and 26. Lot 16 is well priced at $95,900 with a west view of the bay. Lot 26 is located on the end of the cul de sac Duchess Lane.
Two houses are now under construction, with a third to follow within 60 days. In the last 2 years, almost 30% of the lots for sale in Phase II have been purchased, with 2 homes built and a third spec house just completed. The pace of construction is outpacing Phase I at the same time of development.
