The Hill at Eames Farm: Quality Condominium living in Door County, Wisconsin

The Hill at Eames Farm, one of the most successful condominium communities ever built in Door County, is comprised of multi-unit buildings, cottages, duplexes and single-family houses. The residents enjoy one of the best "impact views" from the hill above the village of Egg Harbor, Wisconsin, and are also deeply involved in the village’s overall quality of life.

Almost all of The Hill’s homeowners contribute to the community in some fashion, often through a local arts groups (e.g. Peninsula Players Theater, Birch Creek Music Center). There is group participation in local Fourth of July festivities (including financial support of the village fireworks fund) and the annual Pumpkin Patch celebration in Egg Harbor.

Built on the site of Dr. Frank Eames' original house and farm grounds, the Hill continues to be a rural, relaxed living environment. The homeowners' association maintains one of the best cherry orchards in the county, due to the westerly slope of the hill between the homes and the village. The original Eames house was moved into the village and is currently being restored next to the Cupola House, another historic building dating back to the 19th century. This unique community was completed in 2000.
